Accommodation Under no circumstances may the number of people in the property exceed the number stated on the booking form without the prior permission of the owner of his/her manager. Guarantee deposit A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental together with signed and completed Booking Form secures reservation. (Cancellation insurance is advised). Refundable inventory deposit A damage deposit may be requested upon arrival by the owner/manager and will be returned either on the day of departure, the owner/manager being satisfied that the clients have effected no damage or loss to the property, or returned within the four week period after departure (in the case of telephone usage). Final payment The final payment is required 8 weeks before the date of arrival or the total should be enclosed with the booking form if there are less than 8 weeks between booking and the arrival date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and withhold your deposit if payment is not received within this time. Arrival/Departure Please note that, unless by prior negotiation with the owner/manager, arrival should be timed after 4 pm and departure should not be later than 10 am. Changeover day is Saturday. Please leave the property clean and tidy. Price The price quoted is per week (Saturday to Saturday) and includes charges for electricity, gas (except in the case of central heating), water, bed linen (beds made up) and towels. Insurance You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance, personal belongings and public liability, since these items are not covered by the owners insurance. THIS CONTRACT IS GOVERNED BY AND SUBJECT TO ENGLISH LAW.
